The Kindness Rocketeers (CCPS’ Kindness club for students in grades 2-12) assembled and donated 44 care packages to Carilion RMH’s children’s unit. Mrs. Theresa Richardson (McCleary School Counselor) received a grant from Donor’s Choose to buy the items and the club members (over 40 kids attended the first meeting!!) assembled them and made cards. Mrs. Richardson delivered them today and the Child Life Specialist was extremely grateful!
