Due to a high number of staff illnesses, Craig County Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, Monday November 7, 2022. During this closure all buildings will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Please remember that Tuesday, November 8th is Election Day and a non-student day.

McCleary Elementary School and Craig County Middle/High School will conduct a Lock-Down drill on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 9:45 AM. Preschool-12th grade classes will participate.
Craig County Public Schools would like to invite you to a Town Hall meeting on School Safety on October 27, 2022 beginning at 5:30pm at Craig County High School Auditorium.
Picture Day is next week! Middle and High School Students who participate in Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, and Cheer will have their pictures taken after school on Monday, September 19th. The exception is Middle School Cheer and Middle School Football who will take their photos during the day at 1:30.
Underclassmen will have their pictures taken Thursday, September 22nd during the school day.
An Admissions Representative from Virginia Tech will be coming to visit our Juniors and Seniors tomorrow, August 30! They will be discussing the college admissions process.
The Jostens representative will be here to assist students in ordering their graduation items, class rings and letter jackets. Please see the Jostens representatives to order your items! Extra graduation packets, class ring packets, and letter jacket fliers are available in the front office.
The Sinking Creek transportation routes will return to normal, tomorrow, Monday, August 22, 2022. This applies to students riding Bus 1 or the Sinking Creek van. Thank you our families for your flexibility and understanding as we made changes to the route for student safety.
